We call the use of personal information for treatment of personal information. This includes gathering, registration, storing, extradition or a combination of these things. Treatment will be regulated by the general data protection regulation. Trondheim International Chamber Music Festival may treat personal information to purposes that keep an eligible interest as long as this does not contradict the privacy of the user. Trondheim International Chamber Music Festival has commercial interests in collecting the users´ IP-address to make services at the web page function optimal.

Trondheim International Chamber Music Festival store contact information when you contact us by phone or e-mail and when you subscribe to our newsletter. This is voluntarily provided information, and we will not gather information that is not for your benefit. Information from subscribing to newsletters will be stored in Mailchimp.

We need the information to keep in contact with you and to know your needs in our future relations. If you have subscribed to our newsletter, we will use your email address to send you our newsletter. We use Mailchimp to send out our newsletter.

Your information will not be used to other purposes than initially intended.

Only Trondheim International Chamber Music Festival, and our suppliers when necessary, will have access to your personal information.

We will use all caution to make sure that our employees and third-parties with access to your information have the right information to make sure they will treat your personal information in accordance to this agreement and our obligations to the privacy policy law. How long do we store your information?

If you have a customer relationship with us, we will store your information as long as you are a customer. In cases where we might have a mutual interest in a later cooperation, we will keep your information also after ended customer relation.

We will keep necessary information about billing for accounting.

If you subscribe to our newsletters, your e-mail address will be stored to inform you about news and campaigns. You can at any time change your preferences or unsubscribe to our newsletter via a link at the bottom of every newsletter. Please contact us at ticc@kamfest.no if you wish to make any changes or you want to unsubscribe and are unable to do so.

 

Your right to access, correct and delete information

If we are treating personal information about you, you have the right to access your information. The IP-addresses we collect are not connected to a person, and therefore we do not know who this is. The access of personal information by Mailchimp is only regarding subscription to our newsletters.

You can ask for a copy of your information. Please contact us at ticc@kamfest.no. In the case of wrong or incomplete information, or you are not able to correct it, you may ask us to correct the information.
